We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate where possible. However, due to the nature of our experiences and limited booking availability, we have the following policy in place:
Cancellations & Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for cancellations, except in exceptional circumstances, at our discretion.
If we are required to cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your booking up to 30 days in advance, subject to availability.
Within 30 days, rescheduling may still be possible but is not guaranteed.
To request a reschedule, please contact us via email or phone with as much notice as possible.
Weather-Related Changes
In the event of dangerous weather or safety concerns, your experience may be postponed.
We will contact you to arrange an alternative date or refund if cancellation is initiated by us.
